You can add Ward Armor Trim to your inventory in Survival mode from an Ancient City. If you don't feel like navigating all the way there, you can also teleport using a separate cheat code. Ancient Cities will generally appear below Y-40 – Y-50 and they are found in the Deep Dark Biome so you’ll have to dig your way down first.
